Cruise For A Cause ---- Fundraiser ---- For Supporters: Donate to charity and book a great vacation at the same time, at no extra cost to you! This is a very simple 3-step campaign: Book any cruise on our website by clicking here. Upon receiving your booking, we will email you to obtain your charity selection from our approved list. Once we receive our commission, at the end of that month we will donate 50% of our commission to the charity you designated. The best part is that prices are the same as any discount cruise outlet -- there is no added markup for this campaign. Each person who books a cruise will even receive a complimentary 1-yr subscription to a popular travel magazine of their choice -- our personal gift for participating. Charities who promote and actively participate in our campaign have hyperlinks in the above charity list. Below are some key elements to this campaign that make it an attractive fundraiser: No contract to sign and no commitment on your part. Simply post a message on your website or in your newsletter for supporters to see. We are happy to provide print-ready flyers upon request and web banners are available below. Supporters need only select your name from the list in order for you to receive credit. We receive our commission once the cruise has sailed. At the end of the month in which we receive the commission, we will write out a check for half of our commission payable to your organization. There is no limit on the amount! We are affiliated with Montrose Travel, one of the Top 50 travel agencies in the country and member of eight professional travel associations. It is our hope that this fundraiser helps many worthy charities to achieve their missions. FAQs: How do I know the money will really be donated? Wherever possible, we will make the donation "in your honor" so that you receive a confirmation card. Not all charities offer this option, but many do. If your donation is to a group you are personally affiliated with, such as your church, you can simply inquire with their office once the cruise has sailed. Does this only apply to certain cruise lines or the main cruise lines? The campaign applies to any and all cruises found on the Cruise tab of our travel agency site. What's the catch for the charities? There is no catch. We see this as a win-win-win situation. Charities receive potentially sizable donations without it costing their supporters anything extra for their vacation, and we potentially obtain new clients who will keep coming back to us for all their travel needs. We strongly believe in giving back to worthy causes both personally and as a business. What if I have a large group that wants to cruise with this campaign? Groups are no problem and are fully eligible! In fact, groups are also eligible to potentially earn free cabins and other added onboard benefits as well as additional $50/cabin contributions from some cruise lines! As a charitable organization, what do I need to do to get on the "approved charities" list and will it cost me anything? There is absolutely no cost to participate in our fundraiser. In order to be added to our list, you simply need to email or call us and we will evaluate your charity for inclusion. We do reserve the right to decline a charity for any reason.
