Both condos rent weekly Saturday to Saturday during peak season (June - August). Shorter stays are available September through May.
In order to reserve your stay, we must have a completed rental agreement and a deposit of 1/3 of your total balance. Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in. You may complete the rental agreement online by clicking here. You will instantly receive a copy of the rental agreement in your email inbox upon submittal. At the bottom of the rental agreement, there will be a total that includes all taxes and potential fees -- 1/3 of this total is what is due as a deposit in order to hold the dates. We accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. To pay your deposit or your final balance by credit card, simply click the link below. You will receive an email invoice shortly thereafter with a link to a secure payment window.
REQUEST INVOICE IN ORDER TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD
When filling out the rental agreement, you may find the following information helpful:
- Do not use a dollar sign when entering the rental rate -- use numeric digits only.
- Beach Bucks are credits awarded to past guests who have signed up to receive information on specials from us. If you have none, simply leave it blank.
- We offer our guests two options for security deposits: you may leave the traditional $100 refundable security deposit or you may leave a credit card number on file with us (called the Security Deposit Waiver on the rental agreement). If you choose the Security Deposit Waiver, a form will be emailed to you separately for this and nothing will be charged to the card unless there is damage to the property.
- If you are a renter under the age of 25, you must select BOTH the security deposit waiver and the appropriate security deposit amount.
